Sony SmartWatch 3

Sony surprised more than one today when it unveiled its latest smartwatch. Despite saying that it had no plans to use Android Wear only months ago, the Sony SmartWatch 3 is indeed powered by the new Android extension for wearable devices. With GPS onboard, the Sony SmartWatch 3 will be able to take advantage of new Android Wear functionality focused around that new feature. Just yesterday we learned that this is one of many updates coming to Android Wear by the end of the year.
