Koodo Mobile has hit an important milestone. The flanker brand owned by TELUS has hit the one million subscriber mark.
To say thank you, Koodo customers can call 1-844-TAB-ADOR and listen to “brand spokes-luchador El Tabador” thank them in different and amusing ways. Aside from the Diabolical Thank You that you can hear below, there is a ‘90s R&B style thank you, an Awkward Thank You and even one that only dogs can hear. In all, there are 15 different thank you messages to listen to.
Thanks in part to its Koodo brand, TELUS has established itself as Canada’s second largest carrier behind Rogers Wireless. It finished 2013 with 7,807,000 subscribers, a number which does not include the 220,000+ subscribers that its Public Mobile acquisition brought.
