WIND Mobile is the latest Canadian carrier to confirm that it will take part in Black Friday festivities with a sale of its own. While the company has yet to reveal all of its cards, it has unveiled its WIND Mobile Black Friday Door Crasher which consists of a free month of service.
Any customer activating between 6 am and 1 pm on Friday November 28th will receive credit for one month plan fees when they sign up on the Cross-Canada plan or WIND 50 and 60 plans on a Pay After account.
The deal is only available on new Pay After activations that take place between 0600 and 1300 local time on November 28. You will also need to remain a WIND Mobile customer for at least three months as the credit will only be “issued by the third invoice.”
As for other deals WIND Mobile may have in store for us, we’ll need to visit the site on Black Friday itself to find out what they are.
Update (11/28/2014): Two devices have now been discounted under WIND Mobile’s Black Friday sale. The Samsung Galaxy S5 starts at CA$179 (regularly CA$229) and the Samsung Galaxy S4 starts at CA$0 (regularly CA$49). Both deals require that you sign up with the Cross-Canada, WIND 50 or WIND 60 plans.
