If your company runs Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 with Business Contact Manager software and uses PDAs, this will be of interest to you. Microsoft has just released Business Contacts for Pocket PC which will extend the functionality of Business Contact Manager to your Windows Mobile Pocket PC handheld. It will allow you to synchronize your business contacts and a subset of your communication history (up to 10 items) to your Pocket PC handheld (Note that Smartphones are not supported). Changes you make on your handehld will then be synchronized back to the Business Contact Manager database.
The download will consist of two components: a sync provider for Microsoft Active Sync and a program residing on the Microsoft Windows Mobile Pocket PC device.
