If you’re not happy with the various screen input methods that come standard with your PocketPC, have a look at CalliGrapher. Its handwriting recognition works with cursive, PRINT or MIXed styles. PhatWare just released version 7.5 (free to 7.x registered users) which includes improved PenCommander functionality and script reference documentation, a number of compatibility fixes, new user-defined functionality and more. CalliGrapher does not require any training and is available in several different languages.
When you install CalliGrapher on Pocket PC 2002/2003, it will replace Microsoft Transcriber. Original Transcriber configuration will be automatically restored, when CalliGrapher is uninstalled from the mobile device.
