The Cingular 2125 (based on the HTC Tornado) is now available from Cingular. This Windows Mobile 5.0 Smartphone is available for $199 USD with a 2 year contract. It has quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE capabilities and comes with Bluetooth, a 1.3MP camera, a 2.2-inch TFT display, 64MB of RAM and 64MB of ROM and is powered by a TI OMAP 850 200MHz processor.
It does not come with Wi-Fi capabilities despite its hump!
