Dell Axim X50v wins a design award

Axim X50v

Dell won 3 Red Dot design awards from Design Zentrum Nordrhein Westfalen in their annual design contest. One was for the Axim X50v handheld: With its rounded and implied U-shape, the handheld computer Axim x50v is very handy. The structuring of the keypad is well thought out ergonomically, allowing convenient operation of all functions with just the thumb. The unit features a clearly arranged 3.7-inch VGA display and an integrated antenna, supporting the compact shape. The pocket PC includes all wireless interfaces for connecting the device up to private or business networks.

The other two awards were for the Dell Photo Printer 540 and the Dell USB Enhanced Multimedia Keyboard.
