Back on May 9, I posted a news item about Hitchhiker 0.1, a free Wi-Fi utility that helps you connect to WiFi hotspots that it has located in your vicinity. An updated version is now available and includes several new enhancements:
- Support WEP and WPA-PSK network key and store in WZC
- Fire-and-forget, keep trying all possible networks
- Quick launch toolbox for built-in network tools
- Audible note when connection established
- Prioritize connections based on score
- And more
The application remains free.
