MobiTV is partnering with Handmark who will sell MobiTV for the Palm Treo 650 in North America. MobiTV turns the Palm Treo into a live portable TV, offering channels such as MSNBC, The Discovery Channel, TLC, CNET, The Weather Channel and more. Supported carriers include Sprint, Verizon Wireless and Cingular. Unlocked GSM Treo 650 smartphones can also use the service.
MobiTV for Treo is a subscription-based service that will cost $9.99 USD per month.
