HP has issued an advisory for a problem occuring on the hx4700. If you switch screen orientation from portrait to landscape while using Image Zone, audio files attached to the last viewed jpeg file may continue to play even after Image Zone is closed.
The resolution to this issue is to update your hx4700 to ROM version 1.10.
