The Channel Register has found out that Intel will stop selling the PXA26x ARM-based XScale processor series by mid-2006.
Today, most Intel-based Pocket PC devices ship with the more advanced PXA27x family (codename ‘Bulverde’). The older PXA255 processor series will continue to be available as an alternative.
