Details are scarce due to a confidentiality request but the FCC has approved what could be a new iPAQ. Could this be the rumoured iPAQ rx1950?
The rx195x family is expected to run Windows Mobile 5.0 and come with a Samsung S3C2442 300 MHz processor, 64 MB ROM and 32 MB SDRAM, a 3.5-inch QVGA device (240 x320), an SDIO slot, 802.11b WiFi and a replaceable 1100 mAh lithium-ion battery.
The confidentiality request expires on September 30 and we could see an announcement from HP around that time.
