Work continues on Hitchhiker, a a free Wi-Fi utility that helps you connect to WiFi hotspots that it has located in your vicinity. Simply click “Connect” and it will try all nearby public access points. Hitchhiker will handle all settings for you and perform complicated tests to ensure you can connect to the Internet in no time.
Version 0.4 adds features like support for the Dell X51v and other WM5 devices, VGA mode and landscape orientation, a notification balloon when connected, performance improvements and more.
With version 0.4 comes the requirement that you must have the .NET Compact Framework 2.0 installed.
