As predicted back in July, Palm has announced the Treo 750v for Vodafone in Europe. The quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE/UMTS Treo 750v will use Vodafone’s 3G/UMTS network and Windows Mobile 5.0 (with MSFP). Unlike previous Treos, the Treo 750v does not come with an external antenna. Running a Samsung 300MHz processor, it will come with 64MB RAM and 128MB ROM (of which 60MB should be available to users), a miniSD card slot for additional storage, a 240×240 square screen, QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth 1.2 and a 1.3 MP with 2x digital zoom.
The Treo 750 will be available in Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, Switzerland, the UK by the end of the year. Other regions are expected to follow as well.
