The Linksys announcement of its own iPhone products may not have put to rest the rumours that the Apple phone device could still be called an iPhone. Pictures have surfaced of what appears to be an advertising mock-up for an upcoming Apple announcement. And the device is called iPhone.
Personally, I think that if these are real mock-ups, Apple may simply be keeping its new name under wraps. It should be easy to substitute the real name closer to launch. More interesting are the pictures of the device. Could that be a touchpad where the keypad is normally located?
