Proporta has announced the launch of a number of waterproof accessories for our DAPs, including the iPod nano.
The H2O Audio Series Waterproof Headphones are waterproof to a depth of 3 meters (10 feet), letting you listen to music as you swim, surf or waterski. They come with adjustable earclips, a neckstrap and a 3.5mm audio jack. They are available for $44.95 USD.
Proporta is also offering the H2O Audio Waterproof Case for the iPod nano. The nano remains fully functional while in the case thanks to the Commander Scroll Wheel Control. The H2O Waterproof Headphones can be connected through the Sealtight Connector. The case is clear so that you can see the screen at all times. It comes with a neoprene armband and is available for $89.95 USD. Note that maximum depth is not specified.
If you own another DAP, Proporta offers the Aquapac MP3 Waterproof Case. Suitable for devices up to 6.3cm x 10.8cm x 1.9cm, the case comes with a plastic quick-action sealing system. The case is good up to a depth of 5 meters (15 feet). It is available for $69.95 USD.
