The Samsung SGH-P900 Digital Media Broadcast phone is headed to Europe after modification to support European broadcast standards. This tri-band (GSM/GPRS/EDGE) phone features a very cool 2.2-inch display that swivels to give you a horizontal view mode. Other features include a TV-out port, 100Mb of internal memory, support for MPEG-4 video and MP3/AAC audio, a 2MP camera, Bluetooth and an external micro-SD slot. The phone will also record broadcasts if you want to catch them a bit later.
The SGH-P900 is expected in Europe in Q2 2006 and should be on display at the 3GSM World Congress (to be held in Barcelona).
