Palm announced a new partnership with Vodaphone to come up with a Treo smartphone that will operate on Vodaphone’s 3G/UMTS network. The new Treo, running Windows Mobile, will appear before the end of the year and will be offered in a number of European countries, including the UK, Germany and Spain.
