The release date for the iPhone has been revealed. And when Apple says late June, they mean late June. Three ads for the iPhone now available on the Apple web site reveal that the iPhone will be available starting on June 29th. The ads have also started to air on television. The ads, called Never Been an iPod, How To, and Calamari show how the iPhone can easily switch between functions like music and movie playback, photo viewing, web browsing, email and taking and making calls.
All the ads mention that a minimum 2 year activation with AT&T will be required.
