Apple has released an update for the iPhone. This update is only available through iTunes, and will not appear in your computer’s Software Update application, or on the Apple Support Downloads site.
The update features five security patches and there are no new features.
To confirm that you have updated your iPhone, navigate to Settings and click on General and then on About. The version should read 1.0.1 (1C25) after the update.
