As expected, Motorola has announced the Motorola Q Pro with additional software capabilities and a focus on the enterprise space. The MOTO Q PRO solution features enhanced security software, an extended-life battery, additional mobile accessories, document editing capabilities, direct shipment services and enterprise call center support. Motorola has also enabled an enterprise-specific order portal and staging services to preload software. One version of the Mobility Security Platform Professional runs on the Q while Mobility Security Platform Enterprise runs on a server and allows administrators to remotely administer certain functions.
On the hardware side, not much as changed aside from the new black casing and the inclusion of a 512MB miniSD card.
