Telus and Handmark have announced a new agreement that will see the HandMark Pocket Express application installed on most new Telus smartphones. Pocket Express offers a comprehensive suite of breaking news, sports, weather and stock updates, residential and business directory searches and movie times. Pocket Express on TELUS smartphones delivers a powerful collection of travel services with airline schedules and flight status updates. The service will also allow customers to purchase and download digital content including applications, games and ringtones directly on their smartphone.
Existing clients can download the Pocket Express application from Telus.
Pocket Express Services include both basic and premium services. The basic services are available for free while access to all premium services will cost CAD$4.99 per month. A 30 day free trial of the Premium Services is currently being offered as well.
