NTT DoCoMo launches two new smartphones including HTC Nike

NTT DoCoMo FOMA HT1100

NTT DoCoMo has announced that two new smartphones are coming to its network and one of them is the HTC P5500 Nike.

The FOMA HT1100 (also known as the HTC P5500 Nike) is powered by Windows Mobile 6 Professional Japanese edition. It will come with GSM/GPRS/W-CDMA/HSDPA connectivity, a 2.6-inch QVGA display, a slider keypad, an FM radio tuner, both a 2MP camera and front-facing 1MP camera and a microSD slot. It will also feature HTC’s TouchFLO functionality. The HT1100 will be available in either black or white.

The FOMA F1100 is from Fujitsu. Powered by Windows Mobile 6 Standard, it will come with 3G connectivity, a 2.6-inch QVGA display, a 1.3MP camera, 802.11 a/b/g, Bluetooth, a microSD slot and a fingerprint sensor for improved security.

Unfortunately, neither will hit the street until early 2008! And only in Japan (for now).
