Samsung SGH-i780 revealed

I bet Samsung is not too happy about this one. The still unannounced SGH-i780 has been revealed to the world thanks to a document that came from the Bluetooth Special Interest Group and a video taken at the GITEX show. Very similar to the Blackjack, it looks like this could be the first Windows Mobile device to sport a display running at 320×320.

In terms of specs, the::unwired has managed to get some details. The SGH-i780 is powered by Windows Mobile 6 Professional. It will come with tri-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and single-band UMTS/HSDPA connectivity (looks like North America loses out again), the aforementioned 2.55-inch 320×320 touchscreen display, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR, integrated GPS, integrated QWERTY keyboard and a 3.2MP and front-facing VGA cameras. It also appears to sport an innovative mouse-like pointer.

Here is a video of the mouse pointer in action:

Where and when it will be released is still unknown.
