While Palm has not officially released a fix for a recently disclosed security vulnerability that affects the Treo 700p, 680 and 650 devices, an unofficial patch has been made available by an independent PalmOS developer. It simply disables the Find application while the device is locked, ensuring that the feature cannot be used to bypass the device lock.
