The iPAQ 600 series is a candybar form factor with a 12 key numeric keyboard and touch sensitive navigation wheel on the keyboard. The 900 series will have a QWERTY keyboard instead of the numeric keypad. Both devices will support quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and tri-band UMTS/HSDPA connectivity, 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, Assisted GPS and a 3MP auto-focus camera. The 600 will sport a 2.8-inch QVGA touchscreen display and the 900 will have a 2.46-inch QVGA one.

Earlier leaked specs suggest that they will also come with a 520MHz Marvell PXA270 processor, 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM and a microSD slot.

Smartphone France also expects that the first 100 and 200 series devices will be announced soon.
