Apple quietly announced today new iPhone and iPod touch models that feature twice the capacity of previous models. Aside from the new capacity, they appear identical to existing models.
The iPhone now comes in a 16GB configuration for USD$499. It is also available in the UK for £329 (inc VAT). The 8GB iPhone is still available for USD$399.
The latest iPod touch will come with 32GB of storage for USD$499 (CAD$519). It joins the 16GB and 8GB models for USD$399 (CAD$419) and USD$299 (CAD$319), respectively.
