Apple to unveil iPhone SDK on February 26?

Apple

It appears that Apple may have set aside February 26 for a still unannounced Apple media event. The source of the information is apparently none other than video production firm MIRA Mobile, the company that does television for Apple’s live events. If this event does in fact happen, it is likely that it will be used to announce the iPhone SDK and possibly some new applications to go with it. Apple has repeatedly indicated that the SDK would be released in late February so the date (or one around there) makes sense.

There is also a chance that new MacBook Pros with new Intel Penryn processors and the same multi-touch trackpad that the new MacBook Air has could be announced.

Stay tuned! We’ll see if this rumour pans out!
