A new HTC Touch Diamond variant that comes with a flat back surface rather than the current diamond pattern one has appeared on the HTC Taiwan website. Pictures posted both on HTC’s site and on a Taiwanese site show a Touch Diamond with a flat matte black back with a curving lines design. It also appears to have a slightly more rounded form factor. Codenamed Victor, the variant will be sold as the HTC Touch Diamond P3702.
Aside from the cosmetic changes, there appear to be no other changes and the hardware specifications appear to be identical to those of the HTC Touch Diamond.
It’s not clear whether the HTC Touch Diamond P3702 will only appear in Taiwan or if it will be seen elsewhere.
