It looks like the Palm Treo 800w has been spotted in the wild. A picture of the Palm Treo 800w (codename Palm Zeppelin) shows a device quite similar to aSprint rendered image seen back last year.
There are no specification details to go with the pictures but most expect that the Treo 800w will be a Windows Mobile 6.1 Professional device with a 320×320 touchscreen display, a 400MHz processor, and 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM. It is also expected to come with GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0 and a 2MP camera.
Given that it is headed for Sprint (likely in July), it is a a CDMA-based device that is expected to come with EVDO Rev.A connectivity. There is no word at this point on a GSM version.
