Rogers Wireless is the first North American carrier to launch the Nokia N95 8GB. As part of Nokia’s popular Nseries lineup, of which 50 million devices have been sold worldwide, the Nokia N95 8GB combines world-class technology and the best in imaging, music and Internet capabilities to give consumers whatever they need to snap, surf, share and score.
The Nokia N95 8GB will run on Rogers’ Combined with HSPA network and will also offer Rogers Vision capabilities. The 2-way slide form factor phone comes with a 2.8-inch display, 8GB of internal storage, 5MP camera with Carl Zeiss optics,autofocus and MPEG-4 VGA video capture, and integrated A-GPS. Like its European cousin, it lacks the microSD slot of other N95 models. It is also compatible with Nokia’s N-Gage made-for-mobile games service.
The Rogers Wireless Nokia N95 8GB will be available starting May 6th. It will sell for CAD$399.99 with a three-year service Rogers Vision Unlimited On-Device Mobile Browsing Plan. Without a service contract, the N95 8GB is expected to sell for CAD$699.
