Verizon Wireless is the latest carrier to bring the HTC Touch to its catalogue of mobile devices. The new, all touch Verizon Wireless XV6900 combines all the performance and functionality of Windows Mobile 6 Professional with high–tech, innovative TouchFLO Technology on its hi–res touchscreen. There are no big surprises on the specifications. The XV6900 is powered by a 400MHz Qualcomm processor and Windows Mobile 6 Professional with HTC’s TouchFLO user interface. It comes with EV-DO connectivity, a 2.8-inch QVGA display, 128MB RAM and 256MB ROM, Bluetooth 2.0, a 2MP camera, and a microSD (up to 8GB) expansion slot. It will be available in white.
The Verizon XV6900 is available for USD$299 (after rebate) with a two-year contract.
