Nokia has released a software update for the Nokia N900. The highlight of release version 1.2009.44-1 is the addition of access to the Nokia Ovi Store (albeit still in beta).
A number of applications are already available including AP Mobile, a live widget that lives on the Maemo desktop and automatically updates with recent news items, and Qik, a live mobile video streaming platform.
