Apple has begun counting down to the 10 billion downloads milestone in its iOS App Store.
As of today, nearly 10 billion apps have been downloaded from the App Store worldwide. Which is almost as amazing as the apps themselves. So we want to say thanks. The Apple App Store was launched in July 2008. It took about a year to top the first billion download mark.
