According to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report, ASUS has solved the component shortage issues that affected the production of its Eee Pad Transformer tablet. As previous reports have suggested, ASUS will ramp up shipments in June to 300,000 and as high as 400,000 in July.
ASUS is also expected increase its 2011 shipment targets from about 2 million units to up to 2.8 million units.
Hopefully this means that the Eee Pad Transformer will soon be easier to find online and in stores.
