Mobilicity yesterday launched a new return policy:
If you’re not happy with your Mobilicity phone, your phone must be returned within 14 days to get a full refund of your phone. Your original sales receipt, original phone box, including all instruction manuals and accessories that came with the phone (such as the charger, battery, headset and carrying case) must be returned.
The new policy extends the return window from the original 7 days and removes the usage limits (maximum of 30 minutes of talk time, 30 sent text messages or 1Mb of data usage).
It definitely is a move that potential Mobilicity customers should like…
