A leak this weekend has outed the Motorola Spyder and what a device it promises to be. A “trusted source” has sent ThisIsMyNext.com all the key details of this upcoming smartphone. Here are the key specifications:
- Processor: 1.2GHz dual-core
- Cellular connectivity: 4G LTE
- Display: 4.3-inch qHD (960 x 540) Super AMOLED
- Memory: 1GB RAM
- Rear-facing camera: 8MP with 1080p video recording and image stabilization
- Front-facing camera: “HD”
- Other: Support for Moto’s Webtop environment, several custom docks including a new version of the Lapdock

Another source has added that the About screen shows the device name as “DROID RAZR” suggesting that the device is not only headed to Verizon but that Motorola is reviving its famous RAZR brand. Could there be two versions planned, one for Verizon and one for other carriers (something Motorola has done in the past)?
There is no word on when we could see this device but ThisIsMyNext.com suggests it could be out in time for the holidays.
