Public Mobile announced that it has extended its coverage to include the Markham area. It also announced that it will launch in Richmond Hill and Vaughan in early May. Its network now covers 8 million people:
Since its initial launch in Toronto last summer, Public Mobile has been working to expand network service throughout the area. Network coverage in the Greater Toronto area now stretches from Hamilton to Oshawa.
Public Mobile is also scheduled to launch its CA$5 per month unlimited email service and its first wireless data device, the BUZZ, later this month.
