Rovio may be about to give the nefarious pigs a chance to fight back against the hordes of Angry Birds that they have faced through different seasons and even in space (albeit for a good reason). Pocket-Lint has learned that a new sequel will turn the tables around and allow players to play the role of the Pigs.
Only a few details are known so far. Much like the different Angry Birds have different abilities and powers, there will be different types of Pigs. The catapult and stone and wood structures will also continue to feature. The objective of the game may be to fire pigs at incoming Angry Birds in a bid to keep the stolen eggs.
The new Angry Birds (Angry Pigs?) should be out before Christmas.
