Not to be left out after both Bell and Rogers unveiled new wireless plans, TELUS followed suit and announced new unlimited talk and family share wireless plans. As with their competitors, they stress that the new plan structure is now simpler:
“At TELUS we are continously looking for ways to make the customer experience better and ensure we are providing our new and existing customers with clear and simple plans that are transparent and easy to understand,” said Brent Johnston, vice-president, Mobility Solutions, TELUS. “Our new rate plans deliver the value that customers want including unlimited local talk and text, Caller ID and Voice Mail, along with features like sharing data among family members on the same account.”
