Along with the Galaxy Note 3 and Galaxy Gear smartwatch, Samsung today unveiled an updated version of its original Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet. The GALAXY Note 10.1 (2014 Edition) comes with a number of improvements over its predecessor as well as a redesigned form factor that is both slimmer and lighter. It will be offered in three variants: Wi-Fi Only, Wi-Fi and 3G and Wi-Fi and LTE.

As with a number of other Samsung devices, it comes with a number of additional apps and utilities including Multi Window and the same updated S Pen features such as Action Memo, Scrapbook, Screen Write and S Finder that are found on the new Galaxy Note 3. It also comes with Samsung KNOX for enhanced privacy and security protection.
Needless to say, it also works with the new Galaxy Gear smartwatch.
