Now that Google and Nestle are such good friends, it appears that they are even sharing some internal information. How else would the German Kit Kat Facebook administrators know when Google plans on launching Android 4.4 which is better known as KitKat?
The Facebook page administrators have made several references to an October launch. Here are a few of the more recent ones:
Truth be told, a number of rumours have suggested that Google will unveil the next Google smartphone, possibly along with a new Nexus 10 tablet made by ASUS, and Android 4.4 KitKat in the October timeframe. A recent rumour pegged the announcement for October 14th while another suggested an October 31st launch.
It’s likely that they are simply using those as their information rather than secret internal Google launch documents. Then again, maybe the promise of a lifetime supply of Kit Kat was enough to convince Google to reveal its launch date to Nestle.
