Rogers and TELUS Now Offering Apple iPad and iPad Mini

Apple iPadsAs of today, both the fourth generation iPad with Wi-Fi + Cellular and iPad mini with Wi-Fi + Cellular are available directly through Rogers Wireless and TELUS Mobility. Both companies are offering contract-free plans to go with the tablets, allowing customers to activate and cancel as desired.

On the TELUS side, prices range from CA$459 for the 16GB version of the iPad mini up to CA$729 for the 32GB version of the iPad with Retina Display (no different from Apple’s own pricing). Its Flex Data Plan starts at CA$5 per month for 10MB of data and runs up to CA$50 for 5GB of data.

Rogers does not list tablet prices but don’t expect them to be different from Apple’s pricing. As for its data plans, Rogers’ Flex Rate plans start at CA$5 per month for a plan with 10MB of data. They adjust automatically based on increased usage up to CA$40 for 5GB (and CA$10 per 1GB beyond that). Rogers is also offering a promotion until July 7, 2013 that will save you up to CA$100 over 10 months (CA$10 per month) on select plans.

For its part, Bell has yet to offer Apple iPad tablets.
