There is a reason that TELUS puts its “expected dates are estimates and are subject to change” disclaimer on its Upcoming software updates schedule webpage. The latest update, dated September 23, shows that the “Expected In-Market Date” for the HTC One Android 4.3 upgrade has slipped to “Early-October.” Only days ago, it was listed as “Late-September.”
Interestingly, the same date that the TELUS schedule was updated with the later date, Jason Mackenzie, President of HTC America, tweeted that the update was on schedule for release by the end of the month in Canada and for the Developer Edition.

No word was given for the delay and TELUS HTC One users will need to be patient a while longer although it does not appear to be a major delay.
