Apple will not be the only company unveiling something new on June 2. ASUS has posted a video teaser for an event of its own on that date as it heads to Computex 2014. Entitled “The Next Incredible Thing,” it reveals little in true teaser fashion.
All we can really gather from the video is that whatever ASUS has up its sleeve will be rather “incredible” and “thin.”
Whatever it is, let’s hope that whatever it is makes it to market. Back at CES 2014, ASUS unveiled the Padfone X which has yet to land at AT&T (or anywhere else). The innovative ASUS Transformer Book Duet TD300, also unveiled at CES 2014, is unlikely to ever see the light of day after both Google and Microsoft expressed their displeasure over dual-booting devices, forcing ASUS to cancel such devices.
As to what we can expect, your guess is as good as ours. Could it be time for some new smartphones, tablets or even new models in the popular Transformer line?
