WIND Mobile today announced that it will launch a new roaming option to its customers on February 3. Described as “a first for [the] Canadian telecom industry,” the new Unlimited U.S. Roaming add-on will give customers unlimited data, talk and text across the United States for only CA$15 per month.

Specific details such as which U.S. carriers are working with WIND Mobile will be announced at launch time. WIND Mobile’s Data Fair Usage Policy will also presumably apply.
None of the big three Canadian carriers (Bell Mobility, Rogers Wireless, TELUS Mobility) offers an unlimited U.S. roaming plan to date.
The new add-on will be available starting on February 3, 2014, to both existing and new WIND Mobile customers.
