F-secure announced that its F-Secure Mobile Anti-Virus software is now available for the Windows Mobile operating system (including both Pocket PC and Smartphone platforms). It will provide real-time protection against viruses, worms and trojans and will update automatically over-the-air.
Mobile Antivirus for Mobile Windows requires 850 KB of free space in devices internal memory and a connection to the Internet. A large number of smartphones are already supported. The list includes the MDA II, MDA III, the Qtek9090, the Qtek2020, and the Qtek S100 among others.
