NTP has already signed licensing deals First Nokia and Good Technology. Now add Visto to that list. RIM rivals are moving quickly to protect themselves from any NTP litigation risks that could impact their business the same way that RIM has been hit. In Visto’s case, the agreement is going as far as NTP acquiring a stake in their new licensee.
