Fujitsu-Siemens rumours swirling

There are plenty of rumours swirling around about new PDA and smartphone devices coming soon from Fujitsu-Siemens.

First came word of the Loox N560. This high-end Windows Mobile 5.0 device was rumoured to have specs like the Intel X-Scale 624MHz processor, 256MB of ROM and 64MB of RAM, a VGA screen, built-in GPS, Bluetooth and 802.11g Wi-Fi, USB host and a 2700g GPU. Now, Firstloox.org is indicating that the N560 (if that is to be its designation) will not have the 2700g GPU.

Then there are the rumours of a Phone Edition Loox PHN800. Solopalmari listed some very impressive specs. Unfortunately, Firstloox.org is now telling us that the rumours are unfounded. Instead, it appears that Fujitsu-Siemens is working on a different Phone Edition device and that it could be unveiled at CeBIT in March 2006 in Germany. No more information is available except that the device designation will be the T800.

Anyone else a little dizzy?
