Microsoft has announced the street dates for the Xbox 360. North America will get it first on November 22nd, followed by Europe on December 2nd and Japan on December 10th. More than 200 games are also in various stages of development for the new gaming platform.
Microsoft also announced pricing for Japan. 37,900 JPY will get you the Xbox 360 system with 20GB detachable hard drive, a wireless controller, a media remote control, headset, component HD-AV cable for connecting to component and composite television inputs, an Ethernet cable and batteries. Pricing for the other geos was not disclosed. A quick conversion reveals that the price will be around $340 USD or about 280 €.
